Abstract

This research paper is focused on the unequal distribution of powers in politics and women's role in the decision-making process in politics in Nepal. This research also evaluates the role of demo Finland a nongovernmental organization which politically empowers women with its project called mobilizing youth for gender equality in politics. the research starts with what is gender equality in politics turn afterward it discusses about the status of women in Nepali society and this paper discuss is the key factors to promote gender equality in politics in Nepal. the conclusion of this research it is made since data analysing different relevant materials supporting the research topic. in this research paper we also discussed about how education please key role in promoting gender equality.
