Abstract

The conflict of interest among sovereign states of the world is a common phenomenon. The conflict of interest in   between Russia and Ukraine is adversely effect on international relations and also the world peace especially the   neighbouring countries of East European region. Russian two months continuous attack on Ukraine either as a part of   expansionist policy of the state or to save the ethnic Russians in Ukraine.The war between two sovereign states has   witnessed a large number of people’s displacement , Mass Migration of people including women and children to   neighbouring states of East Europe, ,Genocide and loss of the life of military personnels in both the sides which leads to   gross violation of human rights. It is inevitable for India’s role to settle the crisis among two neighbouring countries on   humanitarian ground. In general sense, war between Russia and Ukraine has adverse global impact.
