Abstract
Employees are the key assets of the organization. In every sector both men and women play an equal role. With the effect of gender equality, the number of female workers is rapidly increasing in the organizations. A woman is a super lady who plays multiple roles at a time. Only she can handle the stress and pressure, which cannot be digestated by other gender people. In this regard women empowerment play a very crucial role. This study focuses on the quality of work life balance of women employees of private sector companies of Mangalore City. A working woman faces many problems. She needs to take care of her family, children’s and herself too. The results of the study show that, “There is an association between age and work pressure of the employees of private sector companies”. The results display that, all the 100 respondents would like to continue their work.
