Abstract
Political culture has gained traction in social and political research, especially among comparative politics experts. Political culture is agents' values and political conduct. Political culture is a natural outgrowth of behavioral political analysis. In the 1950s and 1960s, after survey techniques and computerization, attempts were made to apply political behavior knowledge to problems previously analyzed systemically or collectively. This paper attempts to investigate the pattern of individual attitudes and orientations towards politics among a political system's members. Political culture analysis in comparative politics applies behavioral analysis to traditional problems like political ideology, laws, and interest groups. The American state's political culture differs greatly from India's based on their variables and factors. The paper examines the questions raised from these patterns and analyzes the role of political culture in understanding the world around us.
