Abstract
E-commerce, or electronic commerce, involves purchasing and selling goods and services or exchanging payments or data over an electronic network, usually the internet. India's e-commerce sector has grown exponentially. Online delivery demand will keep the momentum going. An estimate predicts that by 2034, India's e-commerce market will surpass the US's. Online food, fashion, and gear delivery will propel India's e-commerce to $111.40 billion by 2025. E-commerce has become multifaceted. No longer just ordering and delivery. Since 2020, it has improved clients' lifestyles and commerce during Covid-induced hardships. As e-commerce spreads across the nation, buyers are paying more attention to the entire buying process, from searching the product to reviewing its quality to ordering and delivery. No firm can ignore e-rapid commerce's growth. However, firms must increasingly prioritise customers in their e-commerce initiatives. One of several notable commerce industry advancements. Due totechnologicaly advances, rivalry, and changing client behaviour, the e-commerce business is continually changing.
